Hi, I’m Charlene!

she/her NYC (born & raised!) B.S. Integrated Design & Media, Minor Technology Management & Design, NYU
At heart, I’m a designer drawn to making information accessible and experiences delightful. I obsess over the cycle of creation, iteration, and reflection.
Throughout my schooling at the intersection of art and technology, I connected with design thinking, a process built on exploration. I’ve worked on digital prototypes in academic projects, hackathons, and client-based collaborations, and I’m eager to see what design can do across sectors, from refining a user journey or solving complex service problems.
Outside of design, I work in other artistic mediums, such as 3D modeling, photography, ceramics, and crochet — crafts that allow me to learn through practice and iteration.
Always reflect before repeating.
Stay playful — ideas spring from play!
Aim to reach balance by considering all angles.
Textures, patina — details that make you look twice.
Baking and decorating birthday cakes for friends!
Scents and sounds that bring you to a specific place.
